This is my most popular service. You pay only for tangible services delivered--as needed. I do whatever it takes to get your systems running and networked to your satisfaction. You pay for my time and materials used. I do not mark up products that may be needed, but I do have to charge sales tax on them.
I am ready and able to install and configure software, deal with viruses and crashed hard drives. I will open the box and replace malfunctioning components, install new options, or just vacuum out the dust. Mine is a service organization and I am committed to your total satisfaction. Fundamental to this is prompt attention. Never a long wait for a return phone call.
Given the broad background I bring to this, no challenge is too small or too large. When necessary I will bring in other resources.
